At Go Bowling Jacket Store, we want you to be happy with your order. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, you may request a size exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
To request a size exchange, please contact:
All exchange requests must be authorized prior to returning any item.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact jhsportsjackets@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect
Approved damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same item at no additional cost.
Certificate Redemptions
Jackets obtained through a Go Bowling Jacket Certificate promotion are not eligible for cash refunds.
If you redeemed a certificate and require a different size, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to discuss exchange options.
Return Authorization Required
Before returning any item, you must obtain authorization by emailing:
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Limited edition championship jackets
- Customized or personalized items
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
For higher-value shipments, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
